Baritone Jon Paget first acquired a taste for opera at the University of Portsmouth when he performed in a production of Gilbert and Sullivan's HMS Pinafore.  He now sings regularly with White Horse Opera, Stentorphon Opera and the Meridian Singers and occasionally attempts to act with Holt Dramatic Society.  Jon is delighted to be making his debut for Tessitoura as Papageno in Mozart's Magic Flute.  Other principle roles he has played include Figaro in Mozart's Marriage of Figaro, Umberto in Pergolesi's La Serva Padrona, Pirate King in G&S's Pirates of Penzance, Duncan in Verdi's MacBeth, Colline in Puccini's La Boheme, Mr Ford in Nicolai's Merry Wives of Windsor,  Mr Bingley in Holt's adaptation of Austin's Pride and Prejudice and Martin in Ayckbourn's Between Mouthfuls.
